Product

Changing the TS-LLD Control Unit Faceplate

Parts Required:

1. TS-LLD Installation Manual (INCON P/N 000-1359)

New LSSP-FPU Faceplate replacement part for the TS-LLD Control Unit (CU)

Tools Required:

1. Flat-bladed screwdrivers (assorted sizes)

Wire Strippers, cutters, and crimp splice tool

Indelible ink pen or black ball point pen

Old TS-LLD Control Unit Faceplate – Removal Steps:

DANGER disconnect electrical power as described in the CU Installation &

Wiring and in the Safety section of the TS-LLD Installation Manual.

Remove the 4 hold-down screws and remove the old faceplate.

Record the configuration jumper link positions of J2.

New Control Unit – Installation:

Follow the Safety Instructions, the steps 1 through 3 for the Control Unit

Faceplate Installation, and the After Installation Steps / Testing (as detailed

in the TS-LLD Installation Manual).

Install the 4 faceplate hold-down screws, and

Write the Line # and Product on the new faceplate label.

Return the old Control Unit Faceplate:

Bag / box the old faceplate and contact INCON Technical Service Department for an

RMA number, the exact Return Shipping Address and other instructions that may be

required. Call toll free at 1-800-984-6266.
